the staff was very helpful. i liked that wi-fi worked well.
the kettle switch was broken, and it was a safety hazard. the safe was also broken. we were told it would be fixed, but that did not happen.

The staff was very helpful with directions (i appreciate that). Free coffee, tea and water were available which was a nice perk. The location allowed easy access to many attractions. The apartment was well-equipped for preparing meals.
The fire alarm seemed overly sensitive. I was cautious when using the kitchenette.

the room was not clean. i noticed a significant amount of dust on all surfaces. there were also stains on the walls. i had to clean the room myself to make it acceptable. the lack of cleanliness was a major disappointment, especially for a longer stay. this made me question the overall hygiene standards maintained by the hotel.

My room was a studio. The blackout curtains in the room worked effectively. I would consider staying there again.
The room did not have climate controls so it was warmer than outside. I could only control the air rate.
